Two gods deprived their wings to made them quiet and they attached the wings to peafowl. So, elephants don't have wings. I was surprised the climax.

How Elephants lost their Wings
Long long ago, elephants had their wings, but they don't have it now. Why they lose it? The elephants which had their wings could fly, but they were noisy because of their wings.
