Black slaves were banned to escape from the owner, and to do so was crime. To miss the escaped slaves was the same. Could they run away?...

I’m so excited to read this book and I was surprised the climax! I knew the harsh reality about the black slaves, too. This book is a fiction, but slavery was an obvious fact. This book tell us an important thing.

I think this book is so disgusting. Her family’s behavior infuriated me, but I was terrified of her behavior. 

A Little Princess

     A little girl and her father arrived in London, and she was going to attend school there. The family was so rich, so she was loved many people in the school. She was rich, but she was a kind girl. Therefore, some people really loved her for her kindness, not her money. One day, her father was dead and she became poor. Therefore, most of people didn’t cherish her, because she wasn’t rich, but some people loved her. She lived positively in spite of her lives in poverty. One day, an happy incident happened to her...

I was so surprised that she was kind and positive girl when she became poor. I want to follow her example, because she was so wonderful if she wasn’t rich. I’m happy to read this story’s climax. What happened to her? I want to read it and look the climax!

The Elephant Man

 Do you know “Elephant Man”? Elephant man is a man who is very ugly, and he looks like a creature, not a man! This book is written about his life. 

One day, a doctor found a poster at the shop and he came in the shop to see the man in the poster. The man   was so ugly, and he had never seen ugly man like him. He was a doctor who got used to seeing ugly people such as a sick person, an injured person, and so on, but the doctor was so surprised to see Elephant man. The doctor was interested in the Elephant man and helped him... 

This book is written about the Elephant man’s short, but happy life. I was so surprised to read this book. He was so ugly, but he was so kind man. What made him kind? “Why was he happy? I want you to read and look the answer! 

Love or Money?

This book is a detective story. 

The Clarkson family was rich and had a big house with a beautiful garden. Mrs. Clarkson was rich and lived the house. Therefore, their son and daughter, their relatives, and other people wanted to ask backing and transmit the garden. However, Mrs. Clarkson didn’t do them. One day, Mrs. Clarkson was died and she was killed by someone. 

Who is the killer? I surprised the killer and the motive for the crime. I read the climax, so I understand the meaning of the title. It’s exciting story, so I want you to read it! 
 

The Wizard of Oz

 As you know, it’s a famous fairy tale. 

One day, there were cyclones and they blew Dorothy’s house to a country called Oz. She and her dog, Toto wanted to go home, so they went to see the Wizard of Oz to help them. They met the  Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the Cowardly Lion ,who also needed help. Therefore, Dorothy and Toto decided to go to see the wizard with them. 

The climax is interesting! I surprised Dorothy’s brave act! If you don’t know the story, I recommend to read it!

The class in January 13th

 In this class, I learned CALL (computer-assisted language learning). I’m glad to hear our classmates’ way to use computer for learning. In this class, a high school teacher who do graduate work told many things. Her lecture is a good and valuable lesson for me!
